Set up track on the soccer field

Move some white benches from the pavilion to areas around the soccer field/track for available seating

1Set up ACS pop up with a table and 3 chairs

Run garden hose from the house and set up a sprinkler

Set up pop up tents for each team (10 grades)

4Set up survivor & activity tent in center of track (tables for face painting, tatoos, coloring pages)

1Set up DJ space (1 pop up canopy, 1 table, run power from the house)

Direct cars for parking in lower field

1Lap beads (decorate this tent as a Start/Finish line)

2Volunteers at the food tables

Create a water refill station on both ends of the track

Food donations (sliced watermelon, veggies, fruit...)
