Oakpark will contact Nigel to arrange a date. Its worth noting that in the event the intruder alarm goes off no call will be made to the key holders. If the fire alarm goes off it will. See Right

Fire Alarm The Fire brigade will be called if there is no reply when Southern Monitoring call site.They wouldn’t call the keyholders before the fire brigade.

Keith currently handles most aspects of court maintenance. The heaters are cleaned annually and this is currently done by Gordon Huitson but we will need to find a replacement. Court cleaning is carried out by Derek Beard

Booking courtsMy understanding is that the door entry system caches a local copy of the membership data so shouldn’t be an issue if it can’t reach the MMM application – is this correct?
Yes – Correct. The door system has a local database of all the active FOBs so as long as the door system has power (mains or battery) it will work for the FOBs it knows about in its’ local DB. Sync with the internet DB happens every hour (I believe Neal told me).
