3 = credited for 3 games to none sweep for winning and being ahead by 5+ after 8 without using closer based on my study in the link below showing a team has a 14% chance of a 3-game sweep OR a 5-run win.

Sweep
1/1/2019
Incredible Dominican Republic 1-2 punch of Starling Marte and Greg Polanco led them to the my International championship and dominated StL by combining to score 7 of the Pitt 12 runs.
42
NymdeGrom2SFSuarez1No1/1/2019
deGrom's 2-hitter almost wasted, but new Mets Rajan Davis pinch ran, stole 2b, to 3b on bunt, score to tie game on Rosario single, then he stole, balked to 3rd and scored GW on Cano SF. New closer Diaz perfect 9th for Sv in 2-1 win.
43
SFBlach2NymWheeler1No1/1/2019
After 2 PB2-9 pitchers in 1st game, Belt and Posey jumped on Wheeler for back-to-back 1st inn HRs and returned favor with 2-1 win.

Freeman's game-tying homer in the top of the 9th was spoiled when Winkler allowed doubles to the Padres Renfroe and Pirela.
45
AtlToussaint7SDLamet1No1/2/2019
Newly acquired Donaldson singled to start a 5-run 9th and McCann drove in one of the runs to blow open a 2-1 lead - however the Braves did not get credit for a three games to none sweep because the new rules for this year required you are ahead by at least 5 runs after 8 innings.
46
WasScherzer6MiaRichards2
Sweep
1/2/2019
PH V. Robles 9th inning HPB only 2nd baserunner off Scherzer, then M. Prado 2-out homer made J. Miller come in for 1-out save and 6-2 win. With Bryce Harper gone, Difo's GS HR helped give Was sweep (must be up 5 at end of 8th without using closer, and hold on for win).
47
WasFedde5MiaUrena3No1/2/2019
Nats 12 hits (5 2bs, HR) gave them 5-0 going to bottom of 8th with chance at 6 games to 0 sweep, but normally clutch SS Difo (CD4) could not come up with smash off one remaining Miami star Realmuto's line drive to cut lead to 5-1 after 8. G. Cooper's 2-run homer in bottom of 9th pulled Miami within 5-3 and chased closer Rosenthal, but Nats held on to get credit for 2 games to 1 win and 5 games to 1 for series.
48
AZRay1CoMarquez0No1/2/2019
Having 5 top Rockies players being left-handed does kill their line-up against a great PB2-8 lefty like Robbie Ray, who finished 7 innings in a 1-0 opening win for the Dbacks playing thier 1st game without Goldschmidt. Peralta double in K Marte for the final margin after just 2 batters.
49
AZAndriese12CoAnderson4
Sweep
1/2/2019
Jake Lamb became the first in my history of playing to hit homers in three straight at bats, the final being an 8th inning grandslam to give the Diamondbacks a 12-2 lead en route to a 12-4 win that counts as a 3-game sweep. We make all the fields "neutral" so their was no batters edge to Colorado being the home team, and the Rockies pitching is decent since we make their ERAs park neutral, bu having the two No. 4 starters in action yielded a lot more runs than the operner of aces and let the Dbacks take first in the NL West as the Dodgers wait to try to get Bryce Harper before playing.
50
NYMSyndergaard8WasStrasburg4No1/3/2019
In match-up of strong No. 2 starters (PB2-8 as top 15% of all projected ERAs which is rare for starters) Syndergaard won with 6 innings and 2 runs allowed while Alonso had 3 hits and Ramos a 2-run triple and 1-run double for 8-4 Mets win.
51
NYMLugo6WasCorbin5No1/3/2019
Mets' addition of Cano helping them win, BUT we do play with Cespedes back in lineup with is questionable with his injury from last season. He hit walk off homer to lead of 10th for the 6-5 extra inning win to cap a 4 for 4 that also including an RBI-triple over the Bryce Harper-less Nats.
52
MilHouser11StLReyes6No1/3/2019
Brewers Cain-Yelich-Braun top of order combined for 8 runs scored in 11-6 run, including 3 homers, double, 3 singles and 2 walks drawn. Still Bader's third hit of game put tying run on deck in bottom of 8th, and Knebel came in to induce double play and then 1-2-3 for save after a Braun homer in between.
53
StLMikolas4MilPeralta3No1/3/2019
Cards acquisition of ace reliever Andrew Miller dueled with Hader into extra innings, and with both extending the Cards pulled off the 4-3 win in 10 innings to split the series.
54
PittTaillon3CinL Castillo1No1/3/2019
Pirates 2 leadoff Dominican hitters (S. Marte & Polanco) stayed hot with doubles, and Korean Kang stayed hottest of all going back to my International season with another homer and three top relievers wrapped up the 3-1 win.
55
PittMusgrove6CinDeSciarfari5No1/3/2019
Ex-Astros World Series star Musgrove went 7 shut out innings to give Pirates chance at the 5-run sweep for 5-0 lead, but with bullpen tired from 1st game allowed Reds to rally to tie 5-5 in the 9th and pinch runner Ervin tired to score game-winner from first on a double only to be thrown out by T5 Marte. Pirates eventually did win in 12 innings due to consecutive errors on left side of infield from 3b Suerez and SS Peraza.
56
AtlGausman2MiaSmith0No1/4/2019
Gausman's complete game shutout (a rarity in modern baseball) was helped by Inciarte (T5 best throwing arm) gunning out very fast pinchrunner Galloway (OBR A is fastest) trying to go 1st to hom in the 8th. Inciarte also drove in 1st run in 7th on a G3-1 after a sac fly enabling Braves to score without a hit, and then add one on Freeman single in 8th for 2-0 final.
57
AtlNewcomb4MiaChen3No1/4/2019
Braves trailed 3-0 until 8th when Albies, Freeman & Swanson homered for 4-3 win. Donaldson (Clutch Defense CD 4 is best defense except for a few gold glove winners) as he grabbed a would be hit and tagged runner trying to go 2nd and 3rd, and then Flowers (still better throwing arm than reaquired McCann) gunned out PR Gallaway trying to steal in top of 9th
58
SDPaddock2LADBuehler1No1/5/2019
Newly acquired Hosmer reached 6 of 10 times in the series including 3 doubles and they key 9th inning single of Jansen after speedster Margot singled and stole to give Padres 2-1 win

Sweep
1/5/2019
Dodgers best player cards, but like the 1927 Yanks proved vulnerable vs a lefty starter and 5 lefty relievers, and w/ rookie replacing traded Wood, SD's Hosmer's onslaught continued off rookie Ferguson in 5-0 1st inning of 9-2 Sweep.

Verlander and Greinke were effective despite a rain delay that lowered effectiveness, but Verlander left after an 8th inning homer and Osuna gave up 2 more to lose 5-4 with Bradley shutting down the Astros in the 9th.
65
AriAndriese5HouPeacock2No1/5/2019

Ramirez reached 4 of 5 times in leadoff spot including a steal and homer to give one of many Indians ace starters, Bauer, the 9-3 win for sweep credit.
72
LADKershaw3AriRay2no1/25/2019
AJ Pollock reached three of four times in his Dodgers debut and made a clutch diving catch to end the 6th and keep Clayton Kershaw in a 2-2 tie en route to a 3-2 win. Bellinger made a clutch diving catch in centerfield the batter before, and in the 8th Turner made a diving catch at third base to end what had been a bases load, no outs rally. Bellinger then led off the bottom of the eighth with a game winning homer, and Jensen got the save in the top of the 9th (Ray Sac, K, Kershaw 0 of 2)
73
LADHill1AriAndries0no1/25/2019
Az Dyson (cf) and Peralta (lf) threw runners out at home and Peralta added a clutch defensive diving catch, but an error from Ahmed (ss) on a DP grounder let the Dodgers win 1-0. (Hill 0 of 1)

3KCLively1no2/7/2019
Puig homered twice and a pitcher finally came through at the plate when the Reds Lorenzen, with the best hitting card of any pitcher (Home Run on 24-26 on Random Number with PB skipped for pitchers batting) doubled and scored in a 3-1. Former Reds Billy Hamilton played centerfield for the opposing Royals. (Lorenzen 1 of 3, 2b, r; Lively 0 of 2)

3no2/17/2019
Rodriguez 2-run homer offset Yelich's 2-run double tied game in 6th before Hader came in to shut Brewers down and force extra innings. However, on otherwise great fielding team grounder to weakest spot, 2B Perez, resulted in game-winning hit for Tigers in 10th.(Woodruf reached on error and wal, Ross 1 of 2 with single.

SeaLeake (4)4SD
Richards (1)
3no2/20
Manny Machado's Statis-Pro debut as a Padre could not have gone better for him. He was even better than his projected 0.878 OPS 28-35 Home Run range when he keyed a 3-0 lead with a RBI-double and then scored, followed by a third inning solo home run. However, the fluke Z play injury with Reyes and Margo colliding in the 4th not only led to a double and three run inning, but also left the Padres line-up down for the rest of the game as they finally fell 4-3 in 10 innings. (Leake Sacrafice bunt in only at bat)
83
LADKershaw (1)7LAA3no2/21
Kershaw won behind a 3-run homer from Muncy and 2-run homer by Turner, but the Dodgers missed the sweep on an unearned run and Jansen came in with 2 on to strike out Trout to wrap up the 7-3 win.

Carpenter's 2 homers were the only brightspot as the loaded Cardinals continue to get blown out, as Martinez and relievers gave up 18 hits in a 10-3 drubbing by the Twins. Ace Reyes will try to end the bleeding.
93
SFBumgarner12OakAnderson8no5/4
Bumgarner, the best hitting pitcher in baseball (HR23-25 with no PB) hit a grandslam to make it 8-1, but the bullpen collapsed to allow an 8-8 tie before SF won. Austin 5 of 5.
94

Despite the best pitching card in the game, Sale only went 5 IP with 9 runners and 2 runs allowed, and the Red Sox barely hung on despite Boegerts 1st inning grandlam.

Trailing 4-3 in the 9th, Betts beat out a double play grouner, and Boegerts hit a 2-run GW triple to cap a series with 2 doubles, 2 homers as well. Miami's Rolan would have been the hero with the 2-run HR in the 8th.
