-This property tax calculator is intended to provide an estimate of the local schools property tax for Arlington Public Schools resulting from approval of the district's February 2019 bond proposal.

-This does not provide a tax estimate for any other form of state, county, or city property tax that may be due.

-Property taxes paid to Arlington Public Schools include the Educational Programs and Operations Levy (EP&O) and Bond and are shown in the columns below. These are the only taxes collected directly by Arlington Public Schools.

-Bond rates from 2020-2041 are estimated.

-Beginning in 2019, under Washington State law, the maximum amount that school's can levy for EP&O purposes is $1.50 per $1,000 of assessed value. This cap is effective as of the date of publication of this calculator.

Add secured entryway, quick action classroom door locks, video cameras to all schools; rebuild Post Middle School on same site to provide safer building with better classrooms; add 8 classrooms to Arlington High School and Tech

& Arts workshop to Arlington High School to provide enough classrooms for the number of students already enrolled in our middle and elementary schools; add fire sprinkler system and fire alarms to Eagle Creek Elementary; improve

heating and ventilation efficiency at Eagle Creek and Kent Prairie Elementary schools and Weston High School.
