10	1. Go to "Analysis" and load the target planet's info.	Track Education POPI Over Time
11	2. Go to "Population Infrastructure" and check the materials the POPI will be fed.
12	3. In "Population Infrastructure" fill out any changes to the POPI that will be made and their period.
13	4. Go to "Model Parameters" and select how many periods to automatically model, the type of the model, and the data used.
14	5. Go to "Input Reports" and input population demand and base numbers manually (if needed).	Bugs
15	6. The full analysis is under the "Analysis" tab.	When population grows for the first time, unemployment is adjusted immediately and not after the next report.

17		Infrastructure will break if it gets to level 10
18		Retroactive partial population assumes the level of education infrastructure currently present
19		Unemployment when population is 0 or 1 doesn't work correctly when predicting.
