Admins
6
Create a copy of this worksheet
7
Grant access to users from https://XX.wordpress.org/support/users/XXXXXX (bottom of the page)
8
If you don’t see the dropdown for HelpHub roles, go to the sidebar menu “Edit forum profile” (https://XX.wordpress.org/support/users/XXXXX/edit/) and completely remove the user’s blog role. Go back to step 2.
9
To be able to edit widgets, you will need to have “Admin” blog role. You may need to remove the user’s HelpHub role first since there’s a bug that the HelpHub/blog roles can’t co-exist on /support/.
10
Work on the Sidebar widget (you can work on this later since the setup might change)

Contributors
13
If you haven’t, create a WordPress.org account on https://login.wordpress.org/register
14
(Join XX Slack channel #XXXX, go to /team/ post, etc)
15
Request HelpHub editor request with your WordPress.org user name.
16
Go to XXX (link of the spreadsheet)
17
Pick an article, enter your name, and update the status.
18
As you find images to be translated, you can add the information on the XXX tab and pass it on to someone else if you’d like.
