* Forefront will run a final briefing call with the client/representatives who will be onsite for the event - discussing best practices, agenda, moderator responsibilities and review the list of registered delegates

* Submit the details of your allocated 4 representatives with dietary requirements into the Staff & Seating Plan tab
* All moderators/speakers/facilitators/staff are to be included in your allocated 4.
* If staffing changes within the week leading up to the event Forefront
must be notified via email.
