1. 预约使用，媒体研究系及戏剧与影像系学生请将预约详情（姓名，学号，联系号码，租借日期/时间及租借用途）电邮给负责人kahhoe.wong@newera.edu.my（黄家禾老师)。
To book the Editing Studio, Department of Media Studies students need to email these details (Name, Student ID, Contact, Booking Date&Time and Purpose) to
kahhoe.wong@newera.edu.my (Mr.Wong).
2. 欲使用剪接室及摄影棚之学生必须于最晚一天前与各系负责人预约时段，只有各系负责人拥有修改预约表的权限，学生请于使用当天向各系负责人领取（包含归还）
钥匙。
All booking need to be done at least one day in advance, person in charge from each department will have the access to this booking timetable. Student who book the
Editing studio is required to take and return the Editing Studio keys from person in charge.
3. 媒体研究系学生只能预约使用四台（标示A-D）的电脑；戏剧影像系学生只能预约四台（标示E-H）的电脑，若某系优先使用电脑已全被预约，该系学生可于
使用当天向各系负责人申请借用该系优先使用电脑。
Department of Media Studies student can only book the computer label (A-D); Department of Drama&Visuals student can only book the computer label (E-H).
Person in charge can decide whether or not to open the booking slot of available computer to student.
4. 预约表上一个时段为两小时，学生一次可预约多个时段，唯预约时间上限为一天不超过六小时。
The booking slot in this timetable will be 2 hours per slot, student can book more than one slot but not more than 6 hours per day.

6. 剪接室及摄影棚的开发时间为星期一至星期五（周末及公共假期除外），8:30AM-7PM。
The operating time for Editing Studio will be from Monday to Friday (except weekend and public holiday), 8:30AM-7PM.
