StatewideGovernor Inslee Proclamation 20-05 & 20-193/18/2020 - 6/4/2020No evictions in residential or mobile homes, as well as protections for people in transitional housing like hotels. No late fees. Ban on rent increases. Landlords can't take negative action against a tenant (like send to collections) unless they first offer a payment plan. (it is unclear how the payment plan provision will be viewed by the Courts after Jun 4).
