This document outlines a process for the interaction between IWDW and the modeling contractor (and subcontractors) for the WRAP's 2014 base and future year modeling. Due to the division of tasks among modeling contractors, particularly with respect to emissions processing, and the importance of having all the pieces of the modeling effort fit together at the end of each modeling round, the IWDW is providing tracking and coordination among the participating groups.

A 3-month work effort (December 2018 – early March 2019) to shake-out an initial 2014 PGM modeling platform. This initial modeling round will perform sensitivity analyses, including evaluation of EPA and WAQS WRF modeling, and inputs from MEGAN and BEIS biogenics models. Emissions inputs are based on the 2014 NEIv2 with updates from the WRAP RHPWG EI & MP Subcommittee.Modeling Plan (Jan. 2019)
