The way damage works in this game is this:

A gun's damage is unnaffected for X meters. This number is shown as "Range" in-game. For distances further than the range, Y damage is lost per meter until the gun's minimum damage is reached.

"Minimum damage" and "damage lost per meter" are not listed in-game.

Minimum damage is really important because with most weapons, to kill an enemy with a headshot requires 40 damage for Assaults, CQB's, and Snipers. 50 damage for Demomen. 60 for Spec-ops and Shields.

Tips and Hints:

-1 meter = 1 step for your character

-Almost everything in here is "read only", I would say sorry, but I tried it the other way once and Rigga wrote "Penis" everywhere. You can still select your own items, don't worry.

-Vest, Helmet, and Muzzle attachment WILL NOT WORK IF YOU DONT SPELL ET CURRECTLEY. Easiest way to avoid this problem is use the fancy triangle button thingies in the top right corner of those cells.

-You will notice some cells say "Not selected.". You have to pick guns to analyze individually. When I tried to include all of the calculations at the same time it kinda sorta broke EVERYTHING. Don't compare too many guns at once.

Fun fact: The RPM on a 3 round burst gun is averaged over 1 minute so if it takes less than 3 shots to kill, the listed TTK is too slow.

Because of the demanding nature of some of the calculations I had to code my own functions in javascript. I included them in the Calculations tab, but they are special to this google doc, so
DOWNLOADS WON'T WORK.

NPC:
Non-player Character. This shows up in the helmet and vest menus because I wanted you to be able to know how good your guns are against bots as well.

Notice if you don't put the NPC helmet with the NPC vest, you will have created a non-existent enemy.
