Min wages for sectoral level have to be established, but first a social dialogue structure at sectoral level has to be implemented (and also in future sectoral CBAs). Job search site. Debates have a great impact for the relationship workers-employers, discussion should be concentrated on a specific topic (for example, contracts). Get data on cost of living to compare with the government one. Mediation introduced using the app (but they also want paper for some companies)

BURUNDI- create a company / sectoral sample CBA from the interprofessional oneEnd of NovemberComplaint forms about working conditions (mediation), set a minimum wage for private sector - starting from getting cost of living data from everywhere in the country, inform employers that there is a sample CBA for negotiations at sectoral or company level (with payscales, after a min wage is set).
