Evie LakeMemorial card for Gus BolosA member of his family named “Gus Bolos” died on March 18, 2002. This member was born on February 24, 1930. The memomorial was at a Greek Orthodox Church. A farewell prayer at the bottom of the card expressed how someone is at peace now and the family needs to move on Gus Bolos is Mr. Bolos’ father. They belong to a Greek Orthodox Church. Francesca CarusoStack of notes from appointment with Dr. SteinA stack of notes from an appointment with a doctor talking about symptoms of a condition called adenocarcinoma. Some type of cancer since there was a tumor found on his liver, talked about CT scans and chemotherapy. Adenocarcinoma is found in these types of cancers: lung, prostate, pancreatic, esophageal, colorectal. Mr. Bolos or someone close to him possibly wife or mother has/had cancer. Possibly someone older (like his mother) as the notes say that eighty year olds can be treated and it can lead to an extended life. In 2015 (year before the notes from appointment were dated) there was a packet from Northwestern asking for someone to participate in fluid/blood testing for cancer. Personal
