21 Day Bathmate Routine (Example)

Use this spreadsheet to track 3 weeks using the Bathmate. This is the routine I used to get .25 inch (give or take?) in 21 days (March 2016). The false erection exercise is best done with a Hydromax Xtreme. The hand pump makes it easier to rapidly pump to achieve 10 false erections in 2 minutes. If you don't have one - that's plenty fine - it will just take you longer to hit your 10 FE's (False Erections). The 10 FE exercise is a great way to get fresh oxygen carrying blood into the penis, which over time can improve penile health and erection quality. One study showed that just 2 mins of false erections boosted oxygen saturation by as much as 55%! If you want a healthier penis, then false erections are the way to go. As with anything though, don't overdo it, especially in the beginning. Stick to a short routine, and take it slow. This routine was done by someone who has experience using the Bathmate, so you may wish to do even fewer intervals. It is intended to be an example only, and I take no responsibility for any injury that occurs. While it is a slow routine, some people are more predisposed to injury than others, so a level of understanding of your own physical limitations should be present at all times.
