In these times of crisis, allies and supporters must show support not only for DACA eligible youth, but for all our families and the 11 million undocumented people in the country who deserve justice and relief. Please help support immigrant youth in the Inland Empire by contributing to our cause. Since 2015, the IE-IYC has been providing scholarships to provide financial support for undocumented youth living in the Inland Empire.

Our undocumented communities and allies must join to fight this cruel and unfair decision and defend DACA. Our community has a deadline, and within that time, our PODER club will be fundraising for students' DACA renewals. PODER is an acronym our students created, Providing Opportunities Dreams and Education for all Raza, which is exactly what we hope to accomplish by successfully fundraising with your help. Thank you in advance! Please share every day.

Despite the unfortunate news this week, two year renewals of DACA authorizations are still possible until October 5th. In the face of uncertainty for the Dreamers, we have about 30 days to dramtically change people’s lives by helping them extend for two years.

Our partner organizations CARECEN and CHIRLA will be providing free legal clinics in San Francisco and Los Angeles to process the paperwork starting next week. However, each DACA filing fee is $495. We need to get them this money immediately so that the applications can be sent in ASAP.

They will lose their jobs and possibly face deportation. The Trump Administration has given DACA Recipients whose work permits expire before March 5th 2018 until October 5TH 2017 to submit their renewal applications. Many of the Undocumented Youth are low income and cannot immediately pay $495 for their application in a short amount of time. Renewing DACA will allow them to remain safe from deportation for the next two years.

While we wait for congress to come up with a legislation, we must support our fellow neighbors, friends and community members. Please consider donating any amount to the fellow undocumented youth of Georgia, or sponsor a student. GUYA will dispense the funds by prioritizing those with financial hardships. All applications will be filed by local immigration lawyers at no cost.

Our goal is to help DACA recipients who currently qualify for renewal, but do not have the funds, to cover the renewal fee of $495.

Illinois has just over 10,000 people who need to renew their DACA by October 5th. At $495 each for just renewal fees, that's at least $4.95 million dollars. Your donation allows current DACA recipients facing this SUDDEN financial hardship to apply for renewal of a two-year work authorization permit and reprieve from deportation. If DACA recipients are unable to raise the necessary funds by October 5th (LESS THAN A MONTH!), they are highly likely to be terminated from their jobs, face risk of homelessness and an increased risk of deportation. Many DACA recipients financially contribute to their families in addition to supporting themselves and this is likely to create further financial burden on their families as well!
All funds raised will ONLY go towards application processing fees of DACA applications!
While we do not know what the future holds in terms of legislation for DACA recipients, your donation will decrease the sudden financial hardship of DACAmented people trying to find $500 or more in less than a month!

On September 5th the Trump Administration announced they would be terminating the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA), and anyone with a DACA-related work permit that expires between September 5, 2017 and March 5, 2018 can apply for renwal by October 5, 2017.

PLAN, the Undocunetwork, and UNLV Law School are working together to raise funds to help pay for DACA renewals for Nevadans who use the free DACA renewal services from UNLV, CUNY Las Vegas, and PLAN's citizenship office in Reno. While the renewal process is free, there is a fee of $495 paid to the government that can not be waived.

PLAN, UNLV, CUNY, and Undocunetwork have identified Nevadans who need assistance paying for their renewal. For some, this is a large, last minute expense, but losing DACA means losing your ability to work, pay for school and most household expenses.

If you want to help keep families together, please consider a donation of $495. Thank you.

The $495 renewal cost is a lot for people to be able to put together in such a short notice, so SCOPE at Texas State, an organization based out of the TXST campus dedicated to advocating for the rights of immigrants, is putting on a DACA renewals clinic free of cost, and we want to be able to provide at least 5 people with scholarships to cover the cost of their DACA renewal.
Please donate and help a young immigrant have a work permit for 2 more years, and be as safe and stable as they can be during these terrible times.

800,000 immigrant youth were protected from deportation under DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) but now they need your help.

Undocumented youth who have work permits expiring before March 5th can apply for renewals but only if they re-apply by October 5th.

A renewal guarantees them protection from deportation for 2 years and the ability to continue working.

University Leadership Initiative, an undocumented youth group at UT-Austin, will host pro-bono legal clinics with legal partners to help Austin immigrants submit their applications before the deadline.

95% of all funds donated to this GoFundMe will go towards the costs of legal clinics. Any funds leftover from legal clinics will go to stipends for the application fees.

N/AN/AN/A(877) 686-6838With less than a month to help as many applicants as possible, every day and effort is crucial to ensuring our local DACAmented individuals get whatever help they can get.
Besides advocating for the dignity of other vulnerable communities since 2010, the North Texas Dream Team (NTDT) is an all-volunteer grassroots 501(c)(3) organization that has been dedicated to DACA work since the inception of the program in 2012. We have assisted over 8,000 applicants in the North Texas area apply and renew their DACA applications at NO COST to them. Thanks to selfless immigration attorneys, generous businesses, "woke" institutions of higher learning and amazing community members, we estimate that collectively, we have saved our families at minimum $1.6 million (but upwards of about $7 million) in legal fees.

DSA North Texas and NTDT offers financial assistance for students and young professionals needing to renew their DACA Application. This scholarship is intended to assist families who demonstrate a financial need, and we encourage those who fall in this category to apply. Scholarship decisions will be based primarily upon financial need, with some consideration also given to past and current participation in the community, and future leadership potential.
