Start by adding this file to your own Google Drive folder, or download this file in Excel format. This will allow you to customize the calendar. Click on the File menu above, then click "Add to My Drive" or "Download as -> Excel".

You'll notice that on the January tab, some of the excel cells have a small yellow tab on the upper right hand corner. These are notes with helpful tips. To get rid of these notes, simply click the "Resolve" button.

You'll notice trending hashtags and key Events along the top of your calendar. You should customize this to your brand. For example, note the dates for special promotions or collection launch dates. For your convenience, the calendar has been pre-populated with national holidays that might be of interest for fashion brands that target the Millennial consumer.

Scroll down to see pre-assigned dates and times to post on Google Plus, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, your blog and brand's YouTube channel. You should customize the frequency, times, and social media platform for your brand. Insert/delete rows as needed

Pro Tip: Use the blank cells to plan your content, and then highlight the cells once the post has been scheduled. This helps you and your team know what's already been scheduled.

Pro Tip: The best way to use this calendar is using Google Drive. This allows you to grant access to multiple users to edit in live-time, and to allow approvers to see your calendar at any time. To do this, click the blue "Share" button in the upper right-hand corner of this screen.
