Educational Leadership Program Options

1) Global Post-Master's Certificate: The Global Post-Master’s Certificate pathway is designed for candidates who have already obtained a master’s degree. It is an intensive graduate program designed to provide educators with the knowledge and skills needed for a leadership position in an international school setting (27 credits).

2) Global Master of Arts in Educational Studies (MAES), Certificates in Educational Leadership and Supervision: The MAES offers a practical way for current/future international school leaders to earn a master's degree by combining certificates in Educational Leadership and Supervision. Those currently serving in an educational administrative capacity will complete 30 credits; those who are not yet adminstrators will complete 33 credits (practicum required).

Eligibility for Graduation Requires:

1) Satisfactory completion of courses printed above

2) Post-Master's Certificate: A minimum of 27 graduate semester hours earned at The College of New Jersey (transfer credits require prior departmental approval)

3) MAES: A minimum of 30 graduate semester hours earned at The College of New Jersey (transfer credits require prior departmental approval)

4) A cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0

5) Completion of all departmental requirements/prerequisites
