Goals of the Guide

The aim of this route is to get to Wintertodt as quickly as possible while efficiently completing quests/diaries while in different areas.

This will require Firemaking, Woodcutting, Fletching, Construction, and Wintertodt for a total of 90 Sage’s Renown (SR).

Along the way, we’ll also unlock Cooking (20) and Tempoross (20) to bring the grand total up to 130.

Please note that the SR amounts for each tier of task past easy and the exact list of tasks are unknown, as well as the fact that the SR needed to unlock each skill is likely to change.

So this is just a general idea of what you’ll need to do to unlock each skill and boss required to get through Tempoross and into Wintertodt ASAP.

A few general notes before you begin:

In the first column of the Master Sheet, you can mark steps with an X to say they’re completed, or with an N to say you skipped it.

Herblore isn’t needed to make the Rejuvenation Potions at Wintertodt. You can make them at level 1, but you will complete Druidic Ritual with this route.

If you’re ever out of runes in Kandarin, you can take the boat from Ardougne to Port Sarim, or use the wildy lever to get to the Mage Arena bank. Money won’t be an issue once you get to Wintertodt, so don’t be too conservative.

For the majority of early game, it’s worth staying at 0 prayer to get the bonus effect of the Unholy Wizard to increase accuracy and therefore save runes.

The guide won’t always tell you what to take in your inventory so read a little ahead to prevent running back to the bank constantly.

There are a few quests completed that you won’t have the skill unlocked to gain the XP reward. I don’t personally think it’s worth spending SR on these skills just to get this XP, because the XP will be so quick after Wintertodt with 8x or possibly 12x.

The guide assumes you have a second account to do Shield of Arrav with, but you can skip this quest if you want to do it with a friend later.

When buying large amounts of items from shops, you can close the interface to immediately restock and therefore save more GP.

I know the start of this guide is very similar to Falkrane’s; I copied and pasted it at first to give me a place to start.

However it does change a fair bit as the route goes on because I had different goals in mind.
