3	To find customer ID, go to your Peakflo dashboard and select customers from the left navigation menu. On the Customers page, you will find the list of customers you have successfully uploaded into your Peakflo account. Right below their name, you can see their Customer ID.	Email ID of your customer's contact. If there are multiple contacts for a customer company, simply use the same customer ID across multiple rows					Requires country code prefix	Position of the contact at your customer's organization Please choose the position from the options mentioned below: [Unknown, Sales, Accounting, Management]	This helps define escalation logic. For example, early on in the follow-up process, reminders will only be sent to the “Main customer contacts” such as the finance team of your customer.
