These competitiveness and diversity resources include both the Block Grant (BG) and Diversity Incentive (DI) allocations. Total new investment here is approximately $8M. Separately, there is nearly $2M in endowment payout supporting competitiveness and diversity through Training Grant matches and TMI (Tribal Membership Initiative) funds.
