Calm Body:
Inside the classroom during teacher led activities a calm body is sitting with hands in their lap and using walking feet. During play time with friends, it is not screaming or becoming too silly with friends.
Outside the classroom, a calm body is using walking feet in the hallway and keeping their hands and bodies to themselves. Discuss ways to have a calm body at home.
