Writing when the baby is sleeping without getting distracted by other stuffWrite/edit first thing in the morning before anyone else wakes up. Night time is too hectic and I've been getting tired easier. Don't get discourage if you only have a bit of time during the day. Every bit counts towards the big goal.001.550.252.092.11.01Writing first thing after feeding baby. She falls asleep and it gives me enough time (usually) to crank in a couple of hours before she wakes again. This would be all the time but try harder to ignore the fact that the apartment is a mess and I need to get ready to return to work. 1.211.361.1311.14

Heather Massoth@tweakinggtweakingrelationships.comEditing my novel19.01238%31.01221committing to the hour.  doesnt' seem so hard/long.  when you know it is going to take 4 hours you can never set aside four hours. one hour easily turns inot two, and we can afford that.  when you look up and 3 hours have gone by, you know you rocked it.four hours only happnens when you commit to the one.  Then let the hours slip away into the story.22410.50.512
THis week with family really took its toll.  I took notes on a tablet with a note app.   uggghhh.  but nothing worth noting.  SUre enough, getting home, i wrote three  different chapters for three different blogs.  None were the project I'm working on, but the info had built up and I just had to write it!  It came out hard and fast to get it out of my brain. Writing with flow and at a snail pace makes your work more rewarding because the art is is to learn about yourself from what you write.  That should be a slow a grinding process.  a labor of love for oneself to delicately weave the words together to create a thought others will want to share, because it is so beautifully worded.  Whether it's your novel, your poetry, your website or your mission statement.  It's beautiful when its heartfelt and authentically presented from the heart space.   Jenny does that everyday!
