41	In a word? Eccentric. "Doctor" Leto always assumes that he is the smartest individual in the room, and can come off as rather condescending at times. He views this as simply setting the record straight, and there is no malice behind it. He also loves to bask in the attention that he so rightfully deserves when he showcases his newest invention, innovation, or improvement, and will happily regale anyone who will listen with the details and finer, nuanced points. He enjoys intellectual discourse, and tends to gravitate towards people he views to have higher intellects. He does, however, have a great deal of respect for less enlightened, more...physically inclined (some would say brutish) individuals. He recognizes that they may possess unique and useful skills or traits that he does not. The concept of friendship is foreign to him--the only friends he has ever had were his fossils, his tools, and M.A.C.							"Doctor" Leto wants to be recognized for his creativity and innovations in the realm of Pokemon Cybernetics. In order to do so, he must successfully field test his creations...the stage that he currently finds himself in. Thus, the better they perform, the better it reflects on him and his sponsors. He dreams of being recognized as the leading scientist in his field, and eventually creating a cyborg-fossil Pokemon that will be more renowned, more famous, and more powerful than that inelegant piece of work Genesect. Doctor Leto is obsessed with new developments in the fields of cybernetics, Pokemon prehistory, and cryptopokeology, and keeps himself abreast of news in these fields.
