1. Download Visual Studio Code & open the text file in question

2. Activate RegEx, found in the search bar (Ctrl + F), which resembles the symbols .*

3. Copy & paste the following into the search bar:
(?<=<text>)(.*?)(?=</text>)
which will highlight all text in <text> tags

4. Press Ctrl + F2 & copy, then paste into spreadsheet

For copying & pasting the string IDs use: (?<=id=")(.*?)(?=")		1. Activate RegEx in Visual Studio Code and copy & paste the following into the search bar:
(?<=<text>)(.*?)(?=</text>)
which will highlight all text in <text> tags

2. Select an entire column in the spreadsheet by clicking the top of it (on the letter A, B, C etc.)

3. Deselect the top row containing the language name by clicking it while holding Ctrl

4. Copy the remaining selected text

5. Return to Visual Studio Code, press Ctrl + F2 & paste
