17	Illegal rosters	if your roster is illegal 10-25 times (per fantrax settings - there will be a banner telling you it is illegal. Team- roster violation to see them) in a season for daily period leagues you lose your first round pick for the following year altogether. If a pick is lost the penalties for moving picks back goes to the next round of the draft. (If a manager is replaced it is up to commissioner disgression to keep the penalties or not). Illegal rosters after you are eliminated in a playoff league do not count towards this count.

46	Penalties:	If a maximum has been met or exceeded: All hitters or pitchers (both SP and RP), depending on the scoring category exceeded, will stop accumulating stats for the rest of the season. If the max has not been met or exceeded at the beginning of a day, stats will accumulate throughout that entire day, even if the max is exceeded. Note that ALL pitchers includes both SP and RP. For example, if a max is exceeded for Relief Appearances, stats will be lost for the season for Relief Pitchers (RP) as well as Starting Pitchers (SP).
47		If a minimum has not been met your first owned pick (the ones you hold not ones with your team name) will move to the back of the round. If multiple minimums all your second and third round picks you own will also move to the back of the round (If a manager is replaced it is up to commissioner disgression to keep the penalties or not)
48		If you do not meet your minimums you will be charged 10 keepers for violation (each if offense and defense). (If a manager is replaced it is up to commissioner disgression to keep the penalties or not)
49		If you try to play this system in any way shape or form by doing things such as trading all of your early picks for prospects that will risk removal from the league. Failing to reach minimums by an extreme degree will risk removal from the league. As of the end of the draft/opening day (there will be some grace here but not a ton) your active roster SHOULD be filled with active MLB players. If I see it is consitently not or this is being ignored the commissioner reserves the right to penalize

82		You can make verbal or otherwise written agreements and I encourage you to honor those, but ultimately the trade tool on Fantrax is the ending factor. HOWEVER, if you routinely make agreements and back out this will be a cause for discipline.
83		The trade deadline will be determined each pre-season
84		The commissioner reserves the right to require rationalization for a trade.
85		Trades will process even if your roster is made illegal. It is your job to clean it up.
86		Trades are processed when they are processed and are effective based off of that. I do my best to process all trades as quickly as possible. If you need a trade processed immediately please dm me. However if I do not get to it immediately as life happens, it is effective upon processing.
87	Vetos	I will not veto trades unless there is clearly collusion/backroom dealings, make your own mistakes
88		Exception: I reserve the right if an owner is making multiple trades that the league cannot understand and the rational is deemed illogical, I may reverse the trade. More likely, the owner(s) will be addressed, and the next steps forward will be discussed

90	Managing	Co-managing is allowed
91		If you are going to leave the league please let me know as soon as possible

93	Removal from league
94		Commissioner reserves the right to remove anyone from the league
95	Things that create risk for removal:
96		Not being appropriately active -This expectation will not be excessive - but play your team.
97		Badgering, bullying, or otherwise overly frustrating the other members of the league
98		Not responding to people’s trade request/other contact in a timely and appropriate manner.
99		Being inappropriate in any way, shape or form.
100		Anything else that the Commissioner deems a removable offense.
