Teachers create playlists of games based on standards and students work through completing each one, while the teacher receives real-time data from each student. To assist with combating learning loss due to school closures, Legends of Learning has kick-started a Summer Learning Program for students! We've created several weeks of game-based curriculum-aligned activities and offline STEM competitions with great prizes.

Mayborn Museum

Mayborn Connect is live virtual programming that allows teachers to connect their class with Mayborn Museum educators for a themed program on a chosen topic. The program is designed to support both face-to-face instructors, and virtual learners. We meet teachers and whatever platform they are comfortable on, and we are excited to support learners with quality, TEKS-supporting programs with a solution that safely and inexpensively connects learners to the Mayborn's unique collection of specimens and artifacts. Jim Allison: Breakthrough

Jim Allison: Breakthrough is a moving, true story of a warm-hearted, stubborn scientist, and his visionary quest to find a cure for cancer. (Featured on PBS Independent Lens and we have hosted screenings with NIH, NABT, and USA Biolympiad to name a few).

The vocabulary energizers are engaging ways to get students really thinking about science content without using a drill and kill strategy.
