BryanTwo comments— First, I think you should be sure to not mix text-based SCMC and video- enhanced SCMC. There are several reasons to expect differences across the two modalities as it relates to negotiation. Second, I was not clear on the tasks learners were asked to do with he NS. Task type/feature is one of the most important variables in eliciting negotiation. Nice job!
