2	ELIGIBILITY
3	1	All entrants must complete the steps (Like, Comment & Share) to eligible for the givaway contest.
4	2	All entrants must be a real person and permanently reside in the Malaysia
5	3	All entrants must have a genuine account and must ‘follow’ the Omochaya Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/omochayamy) / Instagram Profile (https://www.instagram.com/omochayamy/ ).
6	4	The entry process consists of - Follow the page - Comment by Tagging 2 friends and answering and tell us which series that you like the most from Popmart. - Share ( Post Privacy : Must put public )
7	5	All entries will be accepted until 28th February 2025, 11:59p.m.
8	PRIZE DETAILS
9	1	Each winner will win away our one random Popmart Blind Box Prize details are correct at the date of publication and Omochaya reserves the right to substitute any element of the Prize with a prize of a similar nature or value should the Prize become unavailable for any reason.

11	CHOOSING THE WINNER(S)
12	1	Winner will be announced on 1st March 2025 via our Facebook Page & Instagram
13	2	Only correctly completed entries received before the mentioned end date will be accepted. Omochaya will not be liable for late entries.
14	3	The winners of the Prizes will be chosen based on the terms and conditions stated in Elibility.
15	4	If there are situation arises such as multiple entrants, a winner will be chosen randomly from the pool of participants.
16	5	Omochaya's decision is FINAL and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the winner of the Giveaway.
17	NOTIFYING THE WINNER
18	1	Prize winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger / Instagram
19	2	Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner for 7 days but if the winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time or provide an address for delivery of the prize or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the competition terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.
20	3	The prizes are not transferable.
21	4	No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
22	OTHER TERMS
23	1	The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entrants and/or revoke the Prize (at any stage of the Giveaway Contest) if:- 1. The Contestant are ineligible or does not meet any of the Eligibility Criteria; or 2. The Contestant breaches of the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or violated any applicable laws or regulations; or 3. In the Organiser’s sole determination, it believes that the Contestant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception.
