3B. College Credit/Rigorous Coursework The district shall increase its college offerings, by four courses by the end of the 2016-2017 school year.

The district will have a conceptual map developed by the end of the 2016-2017 school year for a program in which all students have an opportunity to leave JWP with either and Associate's of Arts Degree or Career Certification.
Currently offer 10 courses of study for college credit. This was realized in the 2016-2017 school year.

Career pathways are being created through the Vision 2020 Innovation Zone. Business Education has been the initial department and others are to follow. We are working with Fairmont, Waseca, St. James, Sleepy Eye, St. Peter, Granada Huntley East Chain, Tri City United and the South Central Service Cooperative on this work.

3C. Personalized Learning By the start of the 2018 school year, the district will have developed an implementation protocol for personalized learning.
