The "Modeled Attainment" tab is where you enter your sellers' OTE and quota.

You can also enter detail on various seller's historic performance here if you'd like.

It will automatically show you their payout under a variety of scenarios, including a straight commission plan, one that pays 50% variable on the first 60% of sales, and two more free form ones.

The "Plan Setup" tab allows you to tweak the features of those scenarios if you'd like (play particularly with "Model A" and "Model B").
