NOTICE: All SDUSD schools are closed from March 16 - April 6. Beginning April 6 students will be expected to participate in distance / online learning, and beginning April 27 this will be used for grades and all instruction. Please monitor the district website for additional information and updates on any possible extension for the return date. All CPMA dates listed below are pending return to school and the dates will be adjusted as needed based on the return to school and direction from the state and school district.

VAPAJoin us for the Advanced Theatre's production of Bye Bye Birdie on Mar. 24, 25 & 26 at 6:30 p.m. in the PAC!! Tickets can be purchased online, at the financial office or at the box office on the night of the show. Don't miss this chance to travel back in time to the 50's to see what happens when musical sensation, Conrad Birdie, is drafted into the army! $10 for adults and $5 for students. See you there!

Support
CASSAS - Core Academy: Supporting Student Achievement Success is designed to provide students with various opportunities to receive additional instructional support aligned with the regular school day to help students fulfill their academic potential. CASSAS is also an opportunity for students to recover time missed from school due to absences. CASSAS events will be offered on selected Saturdays (see schedule below) from 8:00am until noon. Students may be assigned CASSAS for unexcused absences, or may voluntarily participate to clear excused absences, and/or to participate in various organized school-related activities including opportunities to receive tutoring with school assignments. A breakfast meal is available for all students attending Core Academy at no charge. The tentative dates of each CASSAS are as follows:

The class that raised the most money in donations and who will be receiving a catered lunch from the Olive Garden is:
Ms. Hickman's 5th period who raised a total of $246.14

The second place class will receive Krispy Kreme donuts is:
Ms. Celedon's 5th period who raised a total of $106.95

and the third place team will receive ice cream treats is:
Ms. Freese's 5th period class who raised a total of $98.12

THIS FRIDAY IS OUR NEXT SPIRIT DAY AND IT IS....MUSTACHE DAY! OOH-LA-LA MAKE YOUR MUSTACHE CREATIVE AND ORIGINAL!! PLEASE COME TO THE TEAMASB! AREA AT LUNCH TO SIGN IN FOR YOUR REWARD! YOUR MUSTACHE MUST BE ATTACHED TO YOUR UPPER LIP AND DRAWN-ON MUSTACHES WILL NOT BE REWARDED.

TEAM ASB! is offering our after school snack bar in room 508 from 4:00 p.m. - 4:07 p.m. All items are $2 each and go to support our activities and rewards throughout the year. Thank you for your support!

If you would like to participate in future activities or make song requests, be sure to sign up at the TeamASB! table at lunch.
We only play appropriate language and content songs.

The procedures utilized in this document shall be designed so that those affected by a decision participate, either directly, or through representation of their own choosing. The ultimate goal is the improvement of student achievement.
