In case of incomplete, deferred, or repeated subjects:

Put INC or "5" in the appropriate grade cell.

If you deferred completion due to COVID-19, put D in the grade cell.

If the subject has been retaken, replace the earlier grade and list the repeated subject in the allotted spaces

E.g., If you have retaken Psych 101 and got a grade of 1.25, replace the "5" with "1.25" in the Psych 101 grade cell.
