Welcome! This is a template for tracking employee equipment budgets, as referenced in on the Less Annoying Business blog. To use this, just make a copy of the "Default template" for each employee. Add a new row for each expense, and at the beginning of each year, add a row to give them their new allowance.

The new budget is applied on Jan 1 each year, so people can spend the entire year's money right away if they want. New hires start with their initial budget plus whatever fraction of the annual budget they should get based on how much of the year they'll be here.
