Prefer?#Why do you prefer the Hands Gesture? Why do you prefer the Shouler Gesture?
24
Hands4When i turned with my shoulders it was harder to keep my eyes on the screen and keep track of where I was in the virtual world. The hands can be really tiring.
25
Sholders4It was easier to control with my hands. It felt more natural and made more sense to me. Plus the system seemed better at picking up the shoulder motions than the hand motions.
26
Shoulder turning is more intuitive in terms of directly mapping how people walk and change direction, however I felt like I had better control with my hands and could better coordinate the turn + moving forward combination.More "real" or "natural." Using shoulders is how I would actually turn
27
SF visited before?#quicker feedback. It felt more intuitive, I didn't have to consciously think this is the way I want to turn

The controls aren't as responsive as they could be. Sometimes I would try to turn or stop and it wouldn't respond right away. But sometimes when I want to stop walking or stop turning it didn't stop right away either. It was cool to see the structures that I recognize like Staples and the bridge! The jetpack was fun! I like going up and down.
31
Madrid1It would be nice to be able to control the amount of turning that's done.I would visit places I've been before and also places I've never been to. I liked the way I can visualize the space a lot more in jetpack mode.Great work! If you use a projector (or two) you might be able to project the surface nicely and cheaply.
32
Haiti1It was hard to get it to recognize some of the gestures. It was fun! Like playing a video game :)good luck!
33
Greece1Making it easier to remain stationary while flying. Scaled speed while flying (ie. faster movement as you're higher up)The intuitive interface and ability to vary my motion and motion speed
34
Nepal1I think the movement is in general a little too fast.
As for turning using my shoulders, there seemed to be some amount of delay between my movement and the movement in the screen.
It was very interesting that I was able to explore different places as if I'm really there.
35
New York1I was so focused on tracking the right arrow and trying to walk straight/turn properly that I didn't really pay attention to the sites. I also have been to SF before and didn't recognize anything (maybe we started in a random neighborhood?) It would be cool if I was exploring a city with a pretty distinct geographical mapping like SF to have a little square view in the bottom corner so I could see from a bird's eye view where in the city I was going (e.g. walking toward Golden Gate Bridge vs. Union Square).I loved how responsive it was to my movements. I thought the forward moving rate was pretty natural (for video game worlds) and it was really easy to understand the three commands I had to do to move left, right, and forward. I also liked experiencing everything from the viewpoint of a first-person actually on the street as opposed to a bird's eye view.
36
Paris1I felt like a little stressed out to enjoy it since I thought I had to rush to the destination. Which made it less fun.It was sweet I felt like I was traveling through the streets IRL
37
Barcelona1If this is supposed to be some type of real world representation, the graphics and fidelity of the environment need to be a little better. Like at this point I wouldn't use this as a prepping experience for the real world because the environment isn't quite as an accurate yet.

Also, I didn't like how the camera view in front of me was off a little bit, like I was never really looking straight.

Turning with shoulders was too slow.
I liked the trodding animation when I was walking. It was very leisurely.
