To find your proposal click on the Data -> Filter views -> Create new filter view

Now that you only see your proposal, you can start looking at the reviews in the Assemement Notes Field at the far right

If you want to FLAG an assessment note, please right click on the note and select Comment then type out your reasoning for flagging it.
