Headshots refers to if the weapon has a headshot multiplier. If the weapon has a headshot multiplier, it got a headshot in the test. Headshot multiplier does not apply to shielded targets.

TTK starts being recorded at the time damage was taken not when the weapon was fired to account for projectiles. These weapons TTK is the listed value plus the amount of time it takes for the first shot to reach the target.
