LIS seawatch: Looking out on harbor from pier. Parked in lot next to ferry entrance. 50 degrees F, 60% cloud cover, no precip, high tide (falling). This may not have been the best spot since it was not observing the sound directly. Port Jeff harbor is quite secluded.
