1 | This spreadsheet is a *rough* attempt to identify some of the more important slides covered in lectures so as to help focus your learning. Any such attempt is bound to be imprecise because one's thresholds for distinguishing very/moderately/less important will vary over time, as will one's perception of each slide. i.e. the lists are subject to change. With that caution in mind, one might expect the majority (perhaps 80%?) of assessment for the course to focus on these more important slides. However, this ranking is very crude: not all content on a slide is equally important, and many of these slides are not entirely self-contained but full understanding of them requires understanding of other slides, and such "picking favourites" leads to biases e.g. overview slides rather than slides that give examples. i.e. use at your own risk! | ||
