2ImpulsionDesire to move forward with suppleness of the back and steady tempo.66jog showed a lack of diagonal at times --- must be careful.. this is considered very very serious ( must have more energy and impulsion) walk needs energy and longer strides
26
3Rider’s Position, Seat, and HandsWell-balanced elastic seat demonstrating vertical, centered alignment, with light independent contact from hand(s)6.56.5right shoulder and hip up and forward through most of the test
27
4Rider’s Correct and Effective Use of the AidsEvidenced by the horse's responsiveness; steady elastic connection cultivating athletic expression. Accuracy - precise placement of the figures and transitions, the effectiveness of the rider's aids determines the accurate fulfillment of the required movements of the tests6.56.5needs improved confident in getting horse in front of the leg
28
5HarmonyThe horse accepts the aids and influence of the rider with attention, relaxation and confidence; and demonstrates a willing partnership between horse and rider resulting in a free flowing performance7214horse is kindly and harmonious but the lack of energy and impulsion affects a free flowing performance..n the quality of the jog is maintained by impulsion and it is necessary to have impulsion to get 7,8,9 10 scores.

Very attractive horse with a kind eye and appears attentive to rider!! rider to focus on more correct position ( straightness) in saddle and getting horse more in front of the leg with an enthusiastic energy. do you need to consider posting the jog to get forward.. you may actually need to speed up the tempo to begin to cover5 ground and repair the strides.. after schooling that more correctly you would eventually slow down again with greater impulsion..... this will take time but is very important to get the horse very active. He is often ground bound in his jog.
