Progress Made During Prior Year
(approximately 50 words)
Our ILT was instrumental in making decisions based on our SIP goals. We decided as an ILT to provide 1/2 day workdays for our GLT's to focus on CCSS, strategies, measurable objectives, assessments, etc. We will continue that practice in the 2021-22 school year as this provides collaborative time with GLT's to focus on teaching practices. Positive data: IAR trend data - ELA went from 16.7% to 19.8% and MATH went from 10.3% to 11.1%. NWEA/MAP math data - Fall 27.1% grew to 29.4%. Spring attainment 27.6%. Teacher attendance 94.5% overall. TRC Fall Spanish 30% - TRC Spring Spanish Data 75% - Major growth! Behavior Referrals decreased significantly from 2018-2019 to 2019-20020. Referrals decreased by 41%. We hired a Culture and Climate Specialist that focused on SEL and interventions that support our students.
