4 | 3. There should be at least one empty column for marking the pass/fail status of each step. If not, insert a new column and add your name, date, tag, browser and OS to the header. | |||||||||||||||||||

6 | 5. If you encounter an unreported bug, report it in Jira according to the instructions for the current testing period and enter a short description and the Jira ID into the comments field. | |||||||||||||||||||
