Enter the name of the coach, club, meet, location and date of meet. This information will auto-fill in all meet sheet templates.
5

Meet Sheets
8
Each age group and competion has a meet sheet on a separate tab. N indicates Novice and JO indicates Junior Olympic.
9
1.
Go to the tab for the meet sheet of your first diver.
10
2.
In cell C5, select the name of the diver for whom you are completing the meet sheet from the dropdown menu (You may need to scroll up to find the name).
11
3.
For Novice divers 13 and under, the forward jump and backward jump are already populated in the sheet. Do not change.
12
4.
Go to the first empty cell under the Dive Number column and select the dive number for the diver listed.
13
5.
Then select the position in which that dive will be attempted.
14
6.
The Dive Description and Degree of Difficulty will auto-fill. If the DD shows up as a dash, you've selected an unavailable position.
15
7.
Repeat steps 4-6 for each additional dive on the dive sheet.
16
8.
Once the dive sheet is completed, print it.
17
9.
Once the dive sheet is printed, circle the gender of the diver.
18
10.
Repeat steps 2-9 for the next diver in that age group/competition.
19
11.
Go to each additional age group/competition that has divers and again repeat steps 2-9.

Additional Time Saving Tips for the Tech Savvy
22
If you have divers who will be competing in multiple meets with the same or similar dive list, it might be worth your time to create a dive sheet tab for each diver.
23
You'll still need to fill in the Input tab. Then, follow these instructions.
24
1.
Right-click on the tab below of the diver's age group/competition.
25
2.
Select "Move or Copy" from the menu.
26
3.
Check the "Create a Copy" box, select where in the order ot tabs to locate the new sheet (I recommend "Move to End") and click OK.
27
4.
The new tab will have the same name as the original tab with (1) after it. I recommend changing the name of the tab by double-clicking the tab and replacing the (1) with the diver's name or initials for easier reference.
28
5.
Complete steps 1-9 of the Meet Sheets directions above for the diver as the new tab will be an exact copy of the original, with all links and references in place.
29
6.
Create additional copies of meet sheet tabs for all other divers on team.
30
The benefit of this method is that same dive list can be used for all meets with only the Input tab needing to be updated for meet, location and date.
31
32
Note: The Degree of Difficulty tab has been hidden to prevent edits.
