27	Note Please do not ask for permission to modify this document. Simply download a copy and modify it as you like. To use this Gantt Chart, just change the "start date" and "end date" as needed. Doing so will move the related bar to reflect the dates you have entered Change the colors of the bars by going to the "conditional formatting" menu under the "format" menu Item. Notice that the cells in the "charting area" of the gantt chart have dates in them (you can't see them since they are white on white background). To add more "sub tasks" 1) You need to copy the contents "as is" contained in columns A thru E. 2) You then need to make sure the "chart area" has the dates populated (mentioned earlier in the notes, white white background) 3) Lastly, you need to setup the conditional formatting for the rows related to your sub tasks. Look at how all the other rows are setup using conditional formatting and mimic it. Good Luck!
