Upload to Google Drive1) Download this .xlsx file. 2) In Google Drive click New > File upload. 3) Double-click the file. 4) Click Open with Google Sheets. 5) File > Save as Google Sheets if you want a native Sheets copy you can share. Keep this Excel file as the master backup.

Share for live useIn Google Sheets: Share > add committee emails as Editors. Turn on Notifications so you see new rows. Do not convert back and forth repeatedly or dropdowns can drift.

Yellow cells / blue textThose are input cells. Type over the sample rows. Do not type in gray Dashboard formula cells.

TabsLists = dropdown menus (do not delete). Jurisdiction Directory = who watches which city. Issue Log = working list. Atlanta Zoning Watch = City of Atlanta only. Code Watch = statewide code items. Meeting Log = decisions. Dashboard = counts.

DropdownsClick a yellow cell in Status, Priority, Jurisdiction, etc. A small arrow appears. Pick from the list so spelling stays consistent and the Dashboard counts work.

Log an issue in the meetingGo to Issue Log > first empty yellow row > fill Date, Jurisdiction (dropdown), Category, Short Title, What members are seeing, Priority, Status, Owner, Next Action.

Assign monitorsOn Jurisdiction Directory, type the member name and email in the Monitor columns for Atlanta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, DeKalb, Gwinnett before people leave.

Escalation rule of thumbEscalate when 3+ members hit the same problem, a fee looks improper, or a denial has no written code citation.

90-day goalsFinalize charter. Keep this grid live. Publish first brief. Identify 3-5 recurring issues. Make one official contact in a hot city.

Sample dataIssue Log and Zoning Watch already contain May 2026 survey items and current Atlanta zoning items. Replace or add rows. Do not delete header row 1/11.
