Exemption requests for students and non-represented faculty and staff must be submitted before Aug. 16. Students who receive an approved vaccination exemption will be required to have COVID-19 testing every seven days through Sept. 30, at which point the university will re-evaluate transitioning to biweekly testing based on county conditions.
