2. Use the "Function" column to document which segment a source refers to. If a source refers to multiple segments, include each function separated by a comma.

3. The "Question" column includes simplified tags that refer to the numbered questions found above.

4. If using portals such as Research Gate and SSRN, please use the journal, institution or , as a last resort, the author of the piece as the "Source" (rather than Research Gate or SSRN).
