10 | "Heavy Containment Zone" refers to all zones including the Nu-7 Checkpoint in HCZ. Nu-7 has jurisdiction and the ability to detain individuals who pass beyond the checkpoint without a valid reason. Nu-7 can also issue reasonable orders to those in HCZ, failure to comply will result in arrest. Make sure to verify their ID and/or keycard and reason for entry before granting access to HCZ. Some individuals are immune to being ID checked and will be listed below. The procedure for granting someone entry is "check keycard, check ID, check reasoning".

24 | So, someone has refused to show ID, what now? If the individual is CL3+, they should be denied access. However, if they try to run past the checkpoint you may detain them at the CP and call a member of Delta-5. If the individual is CL1/CL2 and below, they can be detained and brought manually to interrogation by a member of Nu-7. Any CL4+ Member that runs through the checkpoint should be recorded (Either video or screenshots) and reported to Nu-7 Command, who will then talk to their superiors. If someone is being a nuisance or is loitering around the checkpoint area after repeatedly being asked to leave, record them, detain them, then call Delta-5 over comms. Individuals may be considered hostile and should be terminated if they pull out a gun and start threatening Nu-7. Non-hostile arrests are preferred, but your life and the security of HCZ should always come first.
