VERSION SPECIFIC CHECKSAny checks that are specific for the current/upcoming deployment only - eg. if you just rolled out a new feature.

GENERAL CHECKSPerform these checks every time, as these things can always be affected by any changes made to the website, even accidentally.

ADDITIONAL FINDINGSWe use this space to add any unexpected findings we had on the side and that were not covered in the usual checks. You might want to make some of these new findings part of your general QA checklist for every deployment cycle to ensure that these errors do not go unseen in the future.

TOOL USEDThis can be helpful if you are onboarding more team members on to QA, or if you want to help someone else (or your future forgetful self) to reproduce the error.

TECH/PRODUCT, SEOThese are often the main teams that are involved with testing but you may add more if you wish so. In our work environment, most of these checks are done by SEO - VERSION SPECIFIC CHECKS however might include developers, QA engineers, a person in your Product or Content team.
