Well ridden test overall. Use your first turn and corner to show how soft and supple your horse. Prepare and make sure the horse is bending correctly. As soon as you halt start to think about the turn and how you are going to ride it and feel what the horse needs to maintain the correct balance. When you go down the longside make sure the horse is balanced and prepare for the corner after F well in advance. This will also set you up for a better circle at A. When you come off the circle at A make sure to ride into the corner so the judge can see a difference between the circle and the corner. Again preparing for the diagonal as soon as the circle is done. Make sure to ride into the corner so you can be straight and balanced once you go across the diagonal as well. On the last half of the diagonal start to prepare for the corner and the circle at C remembering to show a difference between the corner and the circle line. Before you finish the circle start to prepare for the transition to walk and set up a good free walk by riding a good corner, using the corner to get the horse more soft and supple. You may need to rebalance your horse in the free walk. There is actually a ton of work that goes into a good free walk. The best thing is to really prepare them and don't just throw the horse away, same with gathering them back up. Supple them first and then gradually shorten the reins. Towards the end of the free walk, start to think about your corner and turn onto the centerline. Once you are in the corner start to look right away for the centerline. Once you are on the centerline, supple your horse and begin to prepare for your final salute. Thinking if the horse feels balance and supple will help get a good halt. You are already well on your way to riding a good test but I hope this helps. Well done with this ride!
