1. Each vote will have their values averaged out to determine the nomination's ranking (UR = 0, D = 1, C- = 2, etc).

2. Take your time. This is not a race to be the first to fill out each vote. Hastily made votes are often poorly made votes.

When voting, consider the metagame impact of each Pokemon relative to the impact of the Pokemon within the ranks they have been nominated for, as well as the ranks you may believe to be more fitting for them. If something can perform much better than a majority of the Pokemon held in, for example, C Rank, does it deserve to be put in C Rank?

4. Please vote honestly. Even if your vote would determine a Pokemon's rank, you should vote based on the rank you wholeheartedly believe it deserves, rather than voting higher than you believe it deserves just to get it one rank higher.

5. In order to vote, you will need to provide the vr leader with an email address. This also means that the name associated with whatever email you send me will be visible to others when voting. If you don't want your name to be seen by others, please change the name on that account, or otherwise create a new Google account solely for updating this sheet.

6. If you wish to vote at a rank that is +/- 3 or more ranks of a Pokemon's current VR rank (for example, voting A+ or C+ for a B+ Pokemon), reasoning is required, in order to necessarily explore the different perspectives of VR council members.

7. Pokemon who only have UR votes for 3 months will be removed from the sheet.

8. If you do not update your votes after 3 months, your votes will be disabled and won't count until you go over your votes again and update. Just moving 1 mon by a minor rank doesn't count as an update for this.

9. Leave reasoning using the Google Sheets "notes" feature, rather than in a separate field in the past. On PC you can find notes by right clicking a cell, on mobile you can find them by long pressing.
